A Zoya A Day - Paisley

Hi Friends

Today I'm sharing my swatch and review of the stunning Paisley.

Available on the website - Yes
Brush used - Z Wide
Name - Paisley
Year - 2024
Number - ZP1225
Does it stamp - Yes
Coats - 2
Finish - Cream
Collection - Polish of the Month
Colour - Neon Purple
Topcoat - No

Paisley can be described a pastel neon that packs a punch

This polish is so gorgeous, a really bright vibrant neon, this is one I can see myself wearing a lot over the summer, I keep staring at my nails.  I did stamp with Soraya as well.  Paisley has a good formula, no running or pooling and I did two coats, as this is a neon it does dry to that matte finish.

This is a chameleon colour, the right hand side are the most colour accurate.

This really fits in so well with the Beachy Brights 2 collection, I highly recommend grabbing this one if you havent already.

Zoya Beachy Brights 2 Summer 2024 - Swatch Stick and Bottle Comparisons.

Hi Friends

I'm here with my comparisons for the new Summer 2024 collection - Beachy Brights 2, this is a set of 12 polishes including the re-release of last years Beachy Brights that were mini bottles.

Polish names are as follows

Alora, Avani, Bohdi, Brinkley, Cove, Georgie, Loni, Soraya, Taji, Vita and Yohanna. I'm also including Paisley which was May's polish of the month.

If you are new here, I take my photos in natural day light, I dont colour correct, I merely crop the photos and add my watermark, comparisons always have the newest polish as the first left.  Today it was over cast and cloudy which I think helped with the neons not freaking my camera out.

Having swatched all the polishes and done the stamping test, these all had pretty good formula, the glitters were a little sheer on first coat but pretty good in two.

Continued after the banner.

First up we have Taji and Darcy, no dupes, Darcy is a few shades deeper.

Next is Bohdi, Oakley and Paz, no dupes, Bohdi has a a pink undertone compared to Oakley and is much brighter than Paz.

Next, Loni, Zelda, Janie and Candy, this is close between Loni and Zelda, to the naked eye Zelda is slightly dark, Janie and Candy are different tones and both are discontinued.

Next Yohanna, Zelli and Janie, no dupes, Yohanna is brighter than both Zelli and Janie who are both discontinued.

Next Alora and Carmen, this is very close, Alora is slightly lighter in tone than Carmen.

Next Brinkley, Charisma, Soraya and Ali, no dupes, Brinkley is just so different to anything Zoya have done before, I added Soraya to show the tone of Brinkley.

Next Soraya and Banks, no dupes, Soraya is so much brighter than Banks, Banks is discontinued.

Next Paisley, Lena and Delia, no dupes, the undertones on all are different, Pailsey is still available as of writing this on June 3rd 2024.

Next Marisol, Echo and Mateo, no dupes, Marisol is way brighter than Echo and Mateo.

Next Avani, Link and Tilda, no dupes, Avani is super bright, Link has been discontinued.

Next Vita, Malana and Cadence, no dupes, Vita is such a bright pink and doesnt have the blue flash that Malana does, Cadence is a more subdued pink.
Next Georgie, Everly and Venus (2), no dupes, Everly is holo flakies so a smooth finish, Venus is much deeper in tone than Georgie.

Lastly, Cove, Sparrow and Dream, no dupes, Sparrow has a blue flash and is brighter, Dream is much deeper in tone to the others.

Stamping test, these performed pretty well, I mucked up Bohdi and you can see the pink undertone to Alora.

I wore Taji, Avani, Brinkley, Bohdi and Marisol for my manicure, all in two coats, great formula on these.   I picked these up using the May polish of the month code to get free shipping and 25% off the price.  I was a little surprised there was no early bird offer on these so I ordered everything but Marisol who I had already picked up last year.

This is how they originally came to me, I do not like the white caps so I switched them all out to black ones, when I switch out brushes I keep the old skinny brushes and caps.

I really like these, the formula was so much better than the Easy Neons.
