Yves by Zoya can be best described as a deep sapphire that's midway in between indigo and royal blue with a blue pearl fleck in the traditional Matte Velvet finish.

Elliot's description is spot on, a deep teal blue reminiscent of a peacock tail, great formula, no running or pooling and opaque in one sweet coat, Elliot also stamps. I have one coat of matte topcoat on my middle nail.

Yves is gorgeous, I love the deep inkiness of this but you can still tell its a blue, great formula, no running or pooling and opaque in one coat, Yves does stamp but you gotta work fast! As with a lot of mattes Yves dries fast. I've also swapped out the brush to the z wide on this after doing the mani, I switched out the brushes on all the matte velvets. There is also a coat of topcoat on my middle nail.

I wish Zoya would do more matte velvet polishes.

Name - Etta
Year - 2019

Coats - 2
Finish - Pearl

Colour - Red/Purple

Etta can best be described as a vampy cabernet with a hint of violet micro pearl.

Alia is really pretty, good formula, no running or pooling, as this is a jelly and wearable in different coat levels, I did two for my photos and there are three on my swatch stick.

Etta is a stunner, I love the browny flash undertone, good formula, no running or pooling and opaque in two coats, Etta did stamp but probably best over a lighter colour.

Last pics are of my weekend mani, I did some hidden stamping over a pair of Fancy Glosses, on my left hand I had Cosmic Candy and my right hand was Purple Confetti both two coats each, then stamping with Zoya Iris over Cosmic Candy and Savita over Purple Confetti, they matched really well.

Cosmic Candy is a tri-thermal going from black (cold) periwinkle blue (warm) to pink (hot) jam packed with multi-coloured flakies.

Purple Confetti is a purple (cold) to white (hot) thermal also jam packed with flakies.

I wasnt able to post for a few days as I was fighting a bad migraine attack since Saturday, migraine finally left last night, abortives were not working neither were painkillers. I think the weather and pressure changes had a hand in this one.

Rashida can best be described as a dazzling ruby red with a shimmer of red micro pearl.

Alix is so pretty, a deeper red cream, great formula, no running or pooling and opaque in one sweet coat and Alix stamps nicely.

Rashida is similar to Isla from yesterday, gorgeous formula, no running or pooling and opaque in one sweet coat, however, she doesnt stamp :( I think if you want the versatile polish go for Isla.

A comparison of Isla and Rashida, Rashida is slightly brighter than Isla with a slightly different finsih.

Margaret is gorgeous, good formula, no running or pooling and opaque in one sweet coat, she also stamps nicely.

Renee is a reuse of the name, the original Renee was ZP476 and described as a toned down, medium berry creme. I've not managed to track this one down, ZP821 has a good formula, no running or pooling and opaque in one coat, she also stamps nicely, I hope you can tell in the side by side shots that Renee is slightly lighter in tone than Margaret with less of a blue undertone.

Liza can best be described as a rich, cardinal red cream.

Interesting that Zoya describe both of these as reds, when I tried to put them in my red section they looked wrong so I put them in the pink section.

Briar is that lovely terracotta colour with that pink undertone, fabulous formula, no running or pooling and opaque in one sweet coat, she also stamps.

Liza is also what I would called a terracotta but lighter than Briar with more of an orange undertone, great formula, no running or pooling and opaque in one sweet coat, Liza also stamps.

These two pair really well.

Brush used - Original

Name - Joss
Year - 2019
Number - ZP1001
Coats - 2
Finish - Cream
Collection - Sensual
Colour - Pink
Topcoat - No

Zoya in Joss can best be described as a soft colonial rose cream.

Love both of these.

Addison has that brown undertone, I added a bottle and nail shot to show you it dries darker than the bottle. Great formula, no running or pooling and opaque in two sweet coats. The shimmer is very shy and doesnt show up on the nail.

Joss is another almost mannequin hand polish for me, great formula, no running or pooling and opaque in two coats. Another work appropriate chic polish, some would say a grandma colour too.

Both of these stamp as well, probably best over a lighter colour though.

Bonus pic of Obi doing what he loves to, crashing out on my lap with his paws in my hand, grinning and showing his fangs :) the green light was because my head wasnt in a great place yesterday so I was using green light therapy with my Phillips Hue bulbs.
