Arianna can be described as a blue-toned red wine-textured PixieDust with Mega Hex particles.
Arianna is a gorgeous shade, however, I think this polish had issues in production, its not exactly jam packed with glitters like a normal pixie dust and I have seen posted where one person got a bottle with little to no glitter inside at all. In fact my bottle had no mixing ball and I had to add one as all the glitter had sunk to the bottom of the bottle.
Arianna has a good formula, no running or pooling, just a bit sheer, I did three coats for my manicure and I added topcoat to my left thumb. As you can see this does not dry down flat like other pixue dusts, the comparison shows no dupes for her although weirdly Miranda and Linds are super close, I'll do a post on Miranda soon.
I have heard that there were some issues with these Ultra Pixies! But I actually kinda like this look, even though it's definitely not a PixieDust (…unlike Love and some of their newer polishes, which are basically PixieDusts while not being marketed as such)! Interesting that she's close to Miranda.
ReplyDeleteYeah I am not sure why Love is not labelled as a pixie but definitely is one from the swatches, maybe they are no longer doing Pixies and have no bottles or caps to mark it as such.
