Walker can best be described as a deep ocean blue cream.

Saint is so pretty, one of my fav shimmers, love the periwinkle base and the pink flash, great formula, no running or pooling and opaque in two coats, Saint also stamps, best over a lighter colour maybe, strangely Zoya put her in the purple violet colour category on their website.

Walker is gorgeous, a really intense bright blue, great formula, no running or pooling and opaque in one coat, Walker also stamps.

I'm running late today because a certain black pan-thor decided he needed a long snoozy amount of lap time and who was I to make him move when he looked so cute. The other day I pulled out my winter blanket as one night last week I woke up a bit chilly, who knew that was how to get the cats to both sleep on the bath at the same time! If only Obi would stay during the night like Ellie does.

A Zoya A Day - Angella

Hey Polishers

Todays white is Angella with 2 ells :) I do love Zoya's creative spelling with some of their polish names.

Available on USA website - No
Available on the UK website - No
Brush used - Original
Does it stamp - No

Name - Angella
Year - 2000
Number - ZP0099
Coats - 2
Finish - Shimmer
Collection - Classic
Colour - Clear
Topcoat - None

Angella is a pearlesent white with a strong pink shift, this is a very early polish from Zoya, I also layered one coat over Zoya Sia to see the effect. I only did 2 coats I dont think this would be opaque in 3. The formula was good though, no running or pooling. I have layered this over other polishes and its very pretty, over Sia it pulls out that pink shift nicely. Do excuse the greasy looking marks on my label, I stored my Zoya's in a helmer while I would sorting out my new wall shelves and the rubber matting I used did this :(.  Putting Angella over Sia makes a darker version of Saint, thats kinda cool.

Marble Nails

Today on the blog I decided to try out marble nails.

I used the following

Zoya - Anchor, Saint, Ziv and Guilty 18k real gold topcoat.

Virago Varnish - Grunge and Not A Happy Camper

Clear Jelly Stamper - Big Bling Stamper

POP Polish - Liquid Glass topcoat.

Fab Ur Nails - Plate Fun 21

I started with my usual 2 coats of Anchor basecoat, then I did 2 coats of Saint, then it was time to stamp :)

The plate has several marble stamps and I used two, one a vein like one and the other more mosaic like.

I started with the mosaic image using Ziv which is a gold sparkle polish,  then the veined image and the first polish was Not a Happy Camper which is the light blue I then used the veined image again but with Grunge the purple, I then topped everything with Liquid Glass and cleaned up, my last step was to put one coat of Guilty over the marble for a little extra bling.

I am very pleased with how these turned out.
