Sparkle is described as a sheer, glittery topcoat that has the sparkle of diamonds, I agree, this is not glitter so it wont be a pain in the ass to remove, its very smooth once dry and the sparkles shift blue/green/purple when paired with a darker colour, I layered this over Zoya Willa their one coat black so you could see the shift in the closeup. This looks very pretty over darker colours, over light colours it gives a subtle twinkle.
