Malia by Zoya can be best described as a light, dusty cool toned violet-lilac creme.

A pair of gorgeous creams, these look very similar in the bottle but are totally different on the nail.

Delia is gorgeous, I love the pink undertone, great formula, no running or pooling and opaque in two coats, this could totally be a one coater if you did a careful application, Delia stamps nicely. I dont know if I'd call this amethyst though? I have a bracelet with amethysts and they are a deep dark purple, I know that newer finds of the gemstone are a paler colour though.

Malia has a lovely blue/periwinkle tone, great formula, no running or pooling and opaque in two coats, I had just the tiniest bald spot on my ring finger so did two coats, Malia also stamps well. 

I've included two versions of the nails taken in natural light because the first time I didnt see the giant cat hair until I added the pic and enlarged it and when I went to retake the pic the second time I have a dent on my nail. Some days it just doesnt go well.

Its quite interesting looking at the collection pics as you can see that Zoya like a theme, the collection from 2009 is echoed in the 2018 collection.

At the end are two pictures of the gemstone amethyst, the first could be the insporation pic for the polish, the second is the colour of the stones in my bracelet.

Zoya Delia and Raine

Today on the blog I have 2 polishes, the gorgeous Delia from the new sunshine 2018 collection and the stunning Raine from the original classic collection. Two more from Untried Mountain.

The amazing but confusing Raine, this is a milky grey blue but has a very strong red to gold flash, I did 3 coats on its own then on my middle fingers 2 coats over black. The Swatch stick has black under it to show the flash 😃 This is such an unusual polish its milky but duochromey with that red to gold flash. The formula one both of these was perfection, no running or pooling, Raine was just sheer and I think after I use it a couple of times it might go down to being a 2 coater. Delia is such a gorgeous colour 😍would have been a one coater if I hadn't mucked up the first coat  🙄
